Anti Aging Facial Cream

Anti Aging Facial Cream

Anti aging facial creams are primarily being used to add moisture to dry skin so that the skin will look smoother and feel softer, making you feel like you have healthier more vibrant youthful looking skin. But do they really work like they promise? Not many do.

Aging is essentially the dying off of your cells. So effective anti aging facial cream products should cause your cells to stop dying and start birthing new life. Do most beauty creams being sold in the marketplace give your cells the vast array of natural ingredients to birth new life? Of course not, usually they have more damaging chemicals than life giving nutrients. They mainly appeal to your fear of becoming older-looking and promise an easy solution through a picture of an air-brushed 16 year old girl.

If you want an anti aging facial cream that will deliver its promise of anti aging read the label and if there are any ingredients that are chemicals and preservatives it is not an anti aging product. Your cells require nutrition for life, not chemicals. Chemicals in the body are classified as toxins and will be stored in fat cells if possible.

Or your body will get rid of them by literally eating the toxin, because your cells all work together they don’t like killing each other off. So the cells that ate the toxins don’t eliminate for fear of contaminating the other cells around them and what happens is the cell eventually dies from what I would call cellular constipation.

Now the other cells have to clean up that mess and then a lot of them die in that process, all because you put what you thought was an anti aging facial cream on your face. Most anti aging facial creams are made for a very long shelf life so it is rare to find a mass marketed product that is non-toxic.

If you want a product that is truly anti aging, Our luxury beauty cream MystiqueTM is an excellent choice for restoring the moisture to dry skin and toning sagging skin. Your skin will instantly feel soft, smooth and tight. And the effects get more pronounced the longer you use the product.

There are other products in the marketplace that can be beneficial, just be careful what you put on your skin and remember that aging is the dying of your cells and anti aging is creating an environment to give birth to new cells.

Staying youthful looking is something we all desire, and for good reason. No one wants to look in the mirror and see wrinkles on their own face. This is the reason that many companies have made a fortune selling anti aging facial cream products that don’t work to the general public.

Because there are so many anti aging facial cream products available, it's only common sense that just a few of them really work. One thing to look out for are the number of preservatives and chemicals in the product. Remember that just about everything you put on your skin is absorbed by the skin, and for this reason I have listed some of the main ones that you need to be on the look out for. Remember there are many more that I have not listed.

DEA (Diethanolamine), MEA (Monoethanolamine), TEA (Triethanolamine)

These are hormone-disrupting chemicals and form cancer-causing agents. They are commonly found in bubble baths, shampoos, soaps and facial cleansers. They are easily absorbed by the skin, and research indicates a strong link to liver and kidney cancer.

Color Pigments

Most are like lead paint on steroids, many cause skin sensitivity and irritation, or even oxygen depletion in the blood. Most are made from coal tar and studies show that almost all of them are carcinogenic (cancer causing). For example, FD&C Red #4 is no longer available for use in foods because of a known threat to the adrenal glands and urinary bladder. It is considered a carcinogen, but is still used in non-food products.

Imidazolidinyl Urea and DMDM Hydantoin

These are two of many preservatives that are formaldehyde donors. They can cause joint pain, allergies, depression, headaches, chest pain, ear infections, chronic fatigue, dizziness, loss of sleep, or even function as asthma triggers. Serious side effects include the weakening of the immune system, and, cancer. These chemicals are commonly found in skincare, bodycare and haircare products.

Quarternium-15 is also used as a preservative in cosmetics, skin moisturizers and hair care products. It commonly causes allergic reactions and dermatitis, and breaks down into formaldehyde.

Isopropyl Alcohol

Isopropyl Alcohol is petroleum derived actually it is an industrial waste product and is a main ingredient in antifreeze. Side effects are headache, dizziness, mental depression, nausea, vomiting, and coma. It is commonly found in hair color rinses, body rubs, hand lotion and aftershave lotions. It penetrates the skin easily and is thought to destroy intestinal flora, leaving your body's major organs open to parasites, and thus to cancers.

Mineral Oil

Mineral oil has nothing to do with minerals it is a petroleum derivative that coats the skin like asphalt tars which compromises the skin’s ability to breathe and detoxify. It also causes the skin to age prematurely. What is really almost criminal is most baby oil is mineral oil.

Propylene Glycol

Propylenne glycol breaks down protein and cellular structure and is used in bodycare products. Direct contact can cause brain, liver and kidney abnormalities but apparently it is okay to mix it in an anti aging facial cream, a little ironic isn’t it.

Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Sodium Laureth Sulfate

Used in cosmetics, toothpaste, hair conditioner, shampoo and other foaming products. Exposure causes eye damage, depression, diarrhea and many other ailments - a very dangerous ingredient.

Talc is linked to ovarian and testicular cancer.

Petrolatum is a petrochemical that contains two well-known carcinogens: Benzo-A-Pyrene and Benzo-B-Fluroanthene.

Aside from the dangers of the chemicals used in most beauty creams or skincare products, you also need to be on the alert for the fakers. Since it became clear that most anti aging products don’t work, the cosmetics companies started promoting products that had miraculous ingredients in them.

For example Collagen became a popular item that a lot of companies touted as an anti aging miracle. It is what keeps the face tight and does away with the wrinkles. In theory this sounds like a great idea, dump collagen into the skin and watch the wrinkles disappear. But collagen particles are too large to be absorbed by the skin in any capacity, meaning the majority of these companies are misleading you.

Another ingredient making the claim of an anti aging miracle is Resveratrol. It has some benefit but remember that no single ingredient is going to produce astounding results. Your cells need a wide spectrum of nutrients to renew and birth new life. No single ingredient is going to do that. We also recommend using our clay face mask Nature’s Transdermal Face FoodTM two or three times a week. It has the largest spectrum of bio-available nutrients of any skin product on the market with no synthetic chemicals. It will also pull the accumulated toxins out of your tissues

The companies touting one or just a few ingredients are usually the ones that spend the majority of their budget on advertising, and as such they devote little money to actually making the product produce good results.

When you shop for an anti aging facial cream, besides looking at the ingredients, you need to make sure that the company who made it wasn't fixated on advertising, and was instead focused on creating a quality product for it's customers to enjoy. Sometimes this can be very hard to find but in the end it will be quite worth the search!
